Further you want top cancel your railway ticket refund will be done on next day If you are using E-wallet service. To activate this service you have to submit your PAN card number and Your Name for verification.

Steps To Activate IRCTC E-Wallet Service To Book Railway Tickets Online

• Login to your IRCTC account and click on E-wallet >> E-wallet registration service.
• It will ask you to submit PAN card number and card holder's first name.

• After verification you have to create transaction  password and select your payment option and pay 250 INR (Inclusive all service charges) to activate E-wallet service on your account.

• After completing the payment you will get a messgae to your mobile and also send notification to your E-mail.
• To see new added fields on your dashboard you need to logout and sign In again.
• Now click on E-wallet and their you can see drop down menu select E-wallet deposits. 

• There you can deposit amount up to 10000 INR. I added 1500 rupees to my account to book railway ticket.
